Normal dosage for adults with congestive heart failure:

Eye drops

Adults: 0.05 to 0.1% solution: small into the sick eye.

Nasal drops

Children: 0.05% solution: 3 months old - 12 years old: 1-2 small drops into each nostril once or twice a day. Maximum: 7 days.
